Frequently Asked Questions
Planning a bespoke fitted carpentry project? Here are some of the questions we're most commonly asked about alcove units, TV units and media walls. If there's anything else you'd like to know, call us on 087 123 4567 or send us an enquiry.
How much does a custom kitchen cost?
The cost depends on the size of the kitchen, cabinetry required, layout, materials, storage requirements and overall complexity of the project. Once we’ve discussed what you’re looking for and assessed the space, we’ll provide a clear quotation based on the work involved.
Do you design custom kitchens as well as build them?
Yes. You don’t need to have every detail worked out before getting in touch. If you have inspiration images, plans or ideas you like, we can work with you to develop a practical kitchen layout that suits the room and how you use it.
Can you build a kitchen to fit an awkward space?
Yes. That’s one of the main advantages of made-to-measure kitchen cabinetry. Units and storage can be designed around unusual room dimensions, corners, structural features and spaces where standard kitchen units may not provide the best fit.
Can you add extra cabinets to my existing kitchen?
Yes. Not every project requires a completely new kitchen. We can create additional kitchen cupboards, cabinetry and storage designed to work with your existing space where appropriate.
Do you build kitchen islands?
Yes. Kitchen islands and breakfast-bar style units can be designed and built to suit the available space, providing additional storage, preparation space and a central feature within the kitchen.
Can you build custom pantry and kitchen storage?
Yes. Storage can be incorporated around what you actually need, including cupboards, drawers, pantry-style storage and made-to-measure cabinetry designed to maximise the available space.
Do you carry out kitchen renovations and upgrades?
Yes. As well as complete custom kitchens, we can carry out bespoke carpentry as part of kitchen renovations and upgrades, including additional cabinetry and improvements to existing kitchen storage.
Do you build utility room cabinetry?
Yes. Custom cabinetry and storage can also be designed for utility rooms, helping make better use of smaller spaces while keeping appliances and everyday household items organised.
